What’s your measurable return on investment for sales training or coaching?

It can be hard to be certain. 

Even when measuring the impact on or uplift in total sales, AOV, conversion ratios, GM%, repeat business etc.

But, from an emotional standpoint, the ROI experience for most is below what’s hoped for or wanted.

But why?

It’s evident that ‘sales’ are an outcome.

Contextually a ‘sale’ is either relationship-based or transactional. 

The majority of investment in sales training and coaching is on relationship-based sales. 

Focus is generally on improving the sales process and improving the skill, confidence and ability of the salesperson.

As such, the training or coaching ‘content’ centres around rapport and relationship building, frameworks / process, skills, fact-finding / establishing needs, presenting, closing, etc.,

Occasionally, it’s also about understanding what’s going on in the mind of the customer.

I run a number of CEO and Leadership Group Coaching Programmes throughout the year. 

Programmes run for 12 weeks, groups are limited to a maximum of 10 members with programmes starting dates approx once every 8 weeks.

Through a combination of live weekly (early morning) group coaching calls, a digital learning platform and a number of 1:2:1 calls, I  will coach you on how to live a truly Self-empowered, fulfilling and rewarding life free from dogma and doctrine and stories of the mind. 

You’ll come to understand you really can have everything you desire if you’ll just let go of the belief that you can’t and stop conditioning your desires with your logic, reason, memories of the past and the false assumptions you believe to be true.

Whether you’d simply like to double your income and work half the hours or something much more, you’ll discover there are no limits other than those you place in your mind.

You’ll discover the only obstacle to whatever it is you want is your own consciousness and that you must be willing to embrace facets of your self you’ve not yet embraced or have unconsciously been rejecting.

You’ll learn the simple but all encompassing law of Being which determines that you can’t express results until and unless you have accepted them in consciousness first.

My coaching is primarily about self-realisation (the missing element of most mindset and other coaching) and then integrating this understanding (self-actualising).
